Depends on the active ingredient. Everyone can benefit from a good cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. If it is a quality product that is compatible with your skin type, it would be ok to use. If you really want something that will keep you looking young though, sunscreen is what you're after. my dermatologist actually recommends her younger patients to use anti-aging products as soon as they can and to just replace your everyday moisturizer with them. she say that it only helps you in the future. she also said that you will need to change products every once in a while b/c your skin becomes use to it.
