She uses it herself in conjunction with another cell renewing serum (can't think of the name) but it was like TRS or TSR??? Anyway, it is making me peel really bad and I don't even use it every night. It is a retenoid similar to Retin-A. It can cause peeling a irritation when you first start, You can decrease frequency to every third day for a few weeks and increase use as tolerated. Also, you should be using a pea size amount for your entire face, you could be using too much. You didn't say what strength you are using if it is 0.1% you can try the 0.05%.
It's labeled uses are for acne, and psoriasis, but retinoids do have a anti-aging effect.
