I'm in my twenties and I think it's important to exfoliate (gently) and to use sunscreen so that you don't get premature wrinkles, but no, it isn't necessary to use anti-aging products. Doctor knows best.
i think it would depend on what your mom and dads skin looks like, if their skin looks like hell, then chances are your skin will to, so i would start early to use the cream, but if you have good genes, and your parents look good, then i would hold off for a few more years,


and i would use an SPF for sure when going out and a hat for at the beach

I am 31 now and I have never used any anti wrinkle cream so far, but I guess it is time to start using one. I have just small wrinkles in my eyes - but very, very smooth- they only appear when I laught hard and even so, they are still not deep.

Honey, I think you should have started years back. We should be having some kind of anti-aging regimen as early as our teens. I'm not saying though that a teenage girl should be using the same products a 40-year-old woman is using. I would say never, its just a gimmic by all these beauty companies to get you to splash out all your cash.
